Child Development Research, Application and Training Center (ÇOGAUM) has been carrying out its activities since 2006 with the aim of providing education and consultancy services to children, professionals working with children, parents and institutions and organizations related to children in our country and conducting research activities on children-related issues.

Coordinating education and training services for 36-72 months old children in Gazi University Practice Kindergartens within ÇOGAUM has been added to the activities of the center. In this context, the educational and physical needs of ÇOGAUM Kindergarten were determined and studies were carried out urgently to meet these needs.

Efforts were made to employ teachers with a bachelor's degree in pre-school teaching, assistant teachers with an associate degree in child development and education, and classroom assistants who graduated from girls' vocational high schools, and improve some of the physical environments.

The needs of the personnel within the center were determined by the ÇOGAUM Directorate in terms of quality and quantity, and teacher training seminars, family training seminars, in-service training, conferences, exhibitions, etc. were organized by ÇOGAUM. scientific activities were planned and planned on the relevant dates.
